On Chapter Six, it talks about credit which drives the American economy. Credit is a huge deal in american society these days. It is your reputation, its a source of revenue, and it is basically needed to be paid back. Credit might be overused because you can buy anything at any moment but credit is called "tomorrows" money because you will have to pay it back in the near future. Credit is considered renting because it is something you must return in the future. If not, then you must pay back with interest rates. as well. Credits are also associated with loans as well sao to attain a loan, you must have good credit.
In Chapter Seven, they talk about the borrower. As a lender, you need to make sure you are aware of previous financial activities. The job of a lender is to know about the applicants previous banking recoreds. The next thing they should know is what the money is going to be used for in the near future. They should also know the credit history and employement histroy of the applicant to ensure that the person is trustworthy. The final things that the lender needs to be aware of is their capacity to repay back the loan they took so the lender knows that the money being given away will be given back.

                                                       Financial Responsibility

Financial Responsibility is the responsibility of your bill you have to pay.   It is the process of managing money and other assets in a manner that is considered productive. Managing money involves cultivating a mindset that makes it possible to look beyond of the wants of today. My responsibility financially is attempting to keep my money balanced in terms of where it is going. My responsibility is not wasting my money on things that are unnecessary and having a manageable budget that I can deal with. If you commit some type of fraud against the bank or against the IRS, then you can face up to 3 to 15 years in prison for what you have commited. If you have no previous crime records, then you may be put on probation, but it still is very risky. The way you get out of a huge amount of debt is to commit yourself to having a manageable budget. If you are already in debt with your college tuitons, then you must incorporate your installment payments into your budget so everything can be somewhat stable in your life. Budgeting requires patience, durability, flexibility, and self control. To keep your budget stable, you must be prepared to let go of all the external things you might not need.

March 26 2014                                                                                            Web Client Programming

                                                            EBusiness

The popularity of the EBusiness is heavily increasing as the internet age grows and grows by the minute. Ebusiness is the new way of selling and presenting products to the consumers. The first thing that needs to be done is to decide on what business youd like to start using your Ebusiness. The thing you will sell will be the prime component linking you to everything else that you will do to make your business successful. The second thing that you must do is create a business plan in which you will follow. Many people actually forget to do this and get with the business right away. Although not creating a business plan wont guarantee failure, having a business plan increases your success rate significantly. It allows you to assess how much of a budget you will need to start the company, how much time you will have to complete it, and the amount of gratification you will receive.
After the business and data aspect of your goal, you would want to get to your website development. The first thing needed to be doen is to create a domain name which would be attractive and related to the product you are trying to sell. It must be creative, attractive, and easily accessible in terms of memory. After choosing the domain name, see if it available. If it is, it is recommended to by all the variations to keep competition from buying the sites. If it isnt however, try many different variations of the name to see if you get an available name. If you'd like, you have the option to buy the requested domain from the owner for a substantial amount of money.
Another crucial step to this process is picking the correct meta tags that will help your consumers find the products that they are looking for. For example, if i were to attempt to find a product for "shoes", I'd type shoes into the search engine and look at various amounts of sites to find what I want. This is where your meta-tags come in; It will attract consumers who are looking for what you are selling. Creating ones that are really specific and general are crucial for people to find your business. The next thing you will need to do is create a website that will be tangential to what you are selling. This website is crucial for the consumers because you would want them to feel comfortable and secure in it. It needs to be a professional website with many aspects of web design to make it attractive as possible. If possible, hiring a web designer would be the best option if your budget allows you to do such thing.
After being done with your website, you would want a host that will publish your website to the world wide web. If you have significant financial investment, then owning your own web server is an option. But like most of the websites on the internet, they use a "hosting service" which is basically renting out space for the website to be online. When that is done, you need to find a reliable money transaction process in which the product can be accumulated. Customer satisfaction is important so your website should be easy to navigate when attempting to make a purchase. There are various amount of ways of transacting the ways. Either you can directly accept credit card payments, or you can use merchant accounts such as Paypal for the transaction.
Another way to expand and grow your busienss out their is to create a marketing strategy. Many large companies advertise online and on TV to let their company be known to the people. Submitting your companies website to search engines and any advertisement holding places will surely help you expand your business so doing this is crucial to build revenue.
Finally, the last things you will need is website security and a customer communication system. Since online hacking is now pervasive in the world today, having a safe and secure way to transact money is crucial to a consumers preference. Although it may be a huge amount of dollars, it will help in the long run. Customer communication system is also very important. If the customer has a problem in which it wants to talk about, you will need to create a page in which that will be possible for the customers satisfaction

Economy Websites Reflection - Mohammed Tamzid Khan HW

Mohammed Tamzid Khan                                                                                              Ms. Ramirez
3/2/14                                                                                                                Web Client Programming

                                                               Reflections

1) Jonathan Martinez's Group

I found Jonathan's project very enthralling based on the number of people in his group which was two. The first thing I noticed when going to his website is the stock's that are presented, scrollin gthrough the menu bar. This gives me a feeling that I am actually in a "business-like" website which was very clever on their part. Moreover, their details were spot on. After skimming through each of their tabs, I found the content to be easily understandable. Moreover, I felt as though the navigation was easy on the user. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact that the website looks to amateur to me. Due to the lack of time and man-power, it is understandable but the website still consists of rather easy Javascript and coding, but nevertheless, a good website.

2) Khamraj's Group

I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this website. Although I might've seemed skeptical during their presentation, I adored their website. The "WINDOWS 8" look really took me to the heavens and their presentation of data was so clean and cut that I was breath-taken. All their content seemed to be in place and on the mark. The bar graphs were enough to present the information. In my opinion, pictures werent needed as they would have looked erroneous with the design of the website. I understood all that they were saying and their navigational toolbar was outstanding. They reached every criteria that Ms. Ramirez had put them on, and for that, I applaud Khamraj's group on a job well done.

3) Kassandra's Group

This website represented the personalities of all the girls in the group. I also liked their website as well. The most amazing thing about their website is the fact that they incorporated a plethora of all the things we had learned previously such as Jquery, Javascript, and etc. Each of the tabs include all of that which is what Ms. Ramirez wanted to see. Moreover, their information was spot on. Their pictures also related to their information to make it easier for the reader/user to understand what they are seeing. I also like the fact that they incorporated a contact us page to make it seem realistic. All in all, it was great.

4) Anlon's Group

One thing I'd like to mention is the unorganized way that they approached this website. Although I like the details that they provided, I dont like the organization that they had. When i opened it and in the picture above, you could see that it was not centered which was not really easy to the eye. Moreover, the pictures related to what they were writing about and the presentation was really well thought out. The content that they provided all related so there wasnt a problem with that. It was easy to understand and well thought out in my opinion. I also like the addition o the slideshow in one of their tabs, it gave a real feeling of a business website.

5) Jakub's group

I am fond of Jakub's groups website. I believe it had all of what itneeded to be a sucessfull group website. Although it wasnt as creative s the other groups, jakub implemented the style of simplicity as his primary source of creativity. Sometimes simplicity is the best way to get through things. This is the best example of it. They have included a plethora of things, including all the information, all the pictures, all the designated details needed, and the designs that were needed to receive a respectable grade. I went through their website and I had no problem with what they had given. One thing that I disliked is that one of their tabs seemed rushed or lazily done to me. It just included a paragraph and a picture which would be considered lazy to alot of eyes.

6) Carolina Gonzalez's group

One thing that I might mention in this website is some of the things that were used such as Jquery and Javascript. Right away, we can see that there was an Accordian used to present some useful information that we might have needed. Each link works and the navigation to each page is easier than ever. However, the creativity is lacking here. In all websites, creativity was present, but this seems to be the least. They had pictures and the content was okay, but it seemed as though they just stacked them together without ever thinking if it would be good or not. All in all, it is still a respectable site that I still enjoyed viewing and seeing.
